This luxury service takes place in the comfort of your home. It was created to help you realize how your lifestyle can be beautifully designed. A highly experienced designer who is knowledgeable in products and construction will review your unique design challenges in considerable detail and discuss possible solutions that may be available. The appointment typically lasts 1-2 hours, depending on the size of the project. At the end of the appointment, you can feel confident knowing what options are available if you choose to proceed with our full-service or hourly design services. If time permits, we will obtain field measurements, study traffic flow, survey structural considerations, complete our Jobsite checklist, and take existing Jobsite photographs.

Initial Consultation Fee – $550 (A travel fee may apply for some locations.)

This luxury service was created to help you achieve your lifestyle beautifully designed while giving you flexibility on time, budget, and the ability to purchase materials and labor on your own. You will have access to a highly experienced designer who is knowledgeable in products and construction, along with our complete design process, which consists of Style & Selection, Schematic Design, Design Implementation, and Installation, as needed.

Hourly services can include design, research, selections, drafting, meetings, project coordination, quote procurement, purchasing, communication, and travel.

ALL time is billable, and a 10-hour minimum commitment design retainer is due upon contract signing that must be used within 3 months of the contract date. Additional time will be billed on a bi-weekly basis once the retainer is consumed. Bi-weekly project statements will be sent throughout the design process so that you know how much time is being incurred.

Designer Hourly Rate – $200

Virtual design services are great for our out-of-state clients or clients who don't require in-person meetings with the designer.

To participate in these services all you need to be able to do is follow our "How to Measure and Photograph Your Space" guide and have a contractor on hand, if applicable.

After you purchase our e-design package, you will receive a welcome email with access to our design portal, questionnaire, design timeline, and "How to Measure and Photograph Your Space" guide.

Complete the client homework and we'll get busy designing your perfect space! In approximately 3-6 weeks you will receive your completed design package.

You’ll receive a completed room board, floor plan, elevations, 3D rendering, and contractor scope of work [if applicable].

Finally, we can schedule our 30-minute phone consultation to review any questions you may have.

E-Design Rate – $2500 per room
