Our Process

  • Initial Consultation

    An on-site consultation allows us to understand your specific requirements and customize our approach accordingly. By collaborating in person, we can ensure that we achieve the best possible results. After the consultation, if you decide to proceed with the rest of our design process, you'll be given access to our design portal, where you can view all of your project documents.

  • Style + Selection

    During the Style + Selection process, we utilize our creativity to develop an aesthetic design by selecting fabrics, furniture, finishes, and fixtures. Subsequently, based on the floor plan, we will create up to three concept sketches to offer possible design solutions. We will review these options together and decide which option is best to support your unique way of living.

  • Schematic Design

    During the design process, it's important to consider both the form and function of the space. In this phase, the final space planning occurs. Based on the selections made and the scope of work, a final set of CAD drawings are created. These drawings include the proposed floor plan, demolition plan, mechanical plan, elevations, and a 3D rendering of the new space.
